Bills are issued for items that are 1 month or more overdue, lost, or returned in damaged condition.
Bills for overdue items are cancelled once items are returned to the library.
How to Pay a Bill
Current or Recent Students, Faculty, & Staff
- Pay by credit card through MyACC
- Pay through online banking by adding Assiniboine College as a payee. Note: eTransfers are not accepted at this time.
- Pay with cheque or money order sent by mail
- Pay in-person at the Assiniboine College Registration desk with debit, cash, cheque or money order, or credit card
- Pay with a credit card by phone by calling 800.862.6307 ext 4035 or 204.725.8701

Dispute a Bill
Bills for lost or damaged items may be adjusted or waived under special circumstances. If you need more detailed information about your bill, please contact the library. We'll be happy to provide you with a history of your loans and reasons for the bill.
Special circumstances do not include:
- Not understanding library policies or renewal options
- Students loaning library materials to other people
- Not receiving overdue notices (or delayed delivery of overdue notices)
- Restrictions on your library account preventing renewal
