Bills for lost or damaged items may be adjusted or waived under special circumstances. If you need more detailed information about your bill, please contact the library. We'll be happy to provide you with a history of your loans and reasons for the bill.

Special circumstances do not include:

  • Not understanding library policies or renewal options
  • Students loaning library materials to other people
  • Not receiving overdue notices (or delayed delivery of overdue notices)
  • Restrictions on your library account preventing renewal
