Canadian Adult Achievement Test (CAAT) Preparation

Test Content Breakdown

This general science test addresses biological, physical and earth/space sciences. The following scientific literacy skills are assessed:

  • observation
  • classification
  • application of scientific principles
  • data interpretation
  • thinking skills: ability to apply, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate information as well as acquire it.

 

Assessment Format:

  • 50 questions, multiple-choice
  • Time limit: 25 minutes.
  • Paper test
  • Score Range: from Grade 2 to Post-Secondary level general science equivalency
